Navigating the ever-changing landscape of marijuana law can be daunting, especially for employers and insurers. In this webinar, attorneys will discuss the current state of the law, the impact of marijuana usage under today’s standard, potential shifts in the law and how the future might look for workers’ compensation claims if Georgia were to legalize recreational marijuana usage. By the end of this presentation, the attorneys hope to clear the air about any misconceptions there may be about marijuana and on-the-job accidents.
The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
