WEBINAR: Best Practices for Light Duty/RTW - Getting Claimants Back to Work

Webinar
04.22.2021

Attorneys Amanda Conley and Tyler Connor will host the webinar, "Best Practices for Light Duty/RTW - Getting Claimants Back to Work," on April 22 from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.

Georgia workers' compensation claims have many twists and turns for the employer/insurer to follow. One of the biggest challenges in handling a workers’ compensation claim is returning the claimant to work and properly navigating the timeframe, Board rules, forms and notice can be an ordeal.

The attorneys will discuss the procedures adjusters must follow in order to return the claimant to work. Additionally, they will highlight how COVID-19 has impacted claimants returning to work and available options if the claimant refuses to return to work.

The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit (pending approval) for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.

Instructions to join webinar will be emailed to registrants closer to the date of the program.
