Attorneys Thea Nanton-Persaud and Robert Smith will host the webinar, "2020 Year in Review: Case Law Update," on Dec. 8 from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.

The past year has produced some important and noteworthy Court of Appeals and Supreme Court decisions. The cases cover a breadth of topics including lunch breaks, ingress/egress, terminations and change of physicians, among other issues. 

This webinar will provide an overview of some of the key cases, as well as their impact at the employment, adjusting and claim defense levels.

The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit (pending approval) for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
