The Workers' Compensation Defense Institute (WCDI) will present, "Deep Dive: A State-by-State Exploration of Top Tips for Defending COVID-19 Claims, Investigating Remote Injuries and Moving Claims Forward in Today's Remote World," on June 11, 2021.

This is a two-part webinar offering an in-depth look into claims handling tips for each state in today's environment.

Part 1 - 12-1 p.m. EDT - Featuring WCDI attorneys from Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee

Part 2 - 2-3 p.m. EDT - Featuring WCDI attorneys from Alabama, California, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas

Mike Ryder will represent Swift Currie and provide guidance related to Georgia claims.

WCDI is an alliance of leading U.S. law firms that dedicates considerable experience to the representation of employers and carriers in the area of workers' compensation.

The webinar offers 1 CE credit (pending approval) for attendees registered with the Department of Insurance in the following states: Georgia, Indiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and Oklahoma. To receive credit for a certain state, you must attend the session for that state.
