Maren Cave Speaking at ICLE Premises Liability Seminar

Partner Maren Cave is speaking at the State Bar of Georgia's Institute of Continuing Legal Education Premises Liability Seminar on Oct. 4.

Cave will discuss evidentiary issues in premises cases, including the importance of the status of the plaintiff, common defenses, use of police reports, spoliation and more.

The seminar will also feature presentations covering premises liability case updates, tips on mediating premises cases, forensic investigation in a slip and fall case, ethical considerations in a premises case, among several other educational topics.

The full program will be held at the State Bar of Georgia from 7:30 a.m. – 3:10 p.m.
