Lisa Wade to Speak at American Bar Association Workers' Compensation Midwinter Conference

Swift Currie partner Lisa A. Wade will be speaking at the 2018 American Bar Association (ABA) Workers' Compensation Midwinter Conference held from March 1 to 3, 2018. She is a featured panelist discussing "Ethics and Professionalism Issues in the Workers' Compensation: From Boardroom to Courtroom."

The panel will address the ABA Model Rules of Professional Ethics and how it applies to employers, employees and their attorneys' relationship/representation of their interests in and out of litigation.

The event will take place at the Westin Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee.
