Lisa A. Wade Speaking at Driving Diversity in Law and Leadership Virtual Summit

On April 14, 2021, Swift Currie partner Lisa A. Wade is speaking at Centerforce's Driving Diversity in Law and Leadership Virtual Summit on the panel, "From Recruitment to Retention: The Role of Sponsorship & Mentorship." The panel will begin at 12:15 p.m.

The panel will explore the importance of women and minorities in law, differentiating sponsors from influencers, identifying current and potential sponsors and redefining the “old boys network” in the legal profession.

Additional panel topics include networking in a pandemic and fostering LGBTQ diversity in the workplace, among several others.

Centerforce's virtual summit will continue to explore the obstacles, risks and rewards on the path to a fulfilling and productive career for women and minority leaders, as well as offer networking opportunities.

The full program will be held from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
