Crystal McElrath Moderating Panel at ABA 2019 Midwinter Meeting

Attorney Crystal McElrath will be a moderator at the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law Occupational Safety and Health Law Committee 2019 Midwinter Meeting on March 7. McElrath joins panelists Micheal Doyle of the U.S. Department, Eric Frumin of Change to Win and William Wahoff of Steptoe & Johnson to discuss "OSHA Recordability, Reportability and Impact on Workers’ Compensation; Interplay between OSHA’s Amended 29 CFR 1904.35 and Workers’ Compensation Laws and Administration" during Breakout Session A.

The panel will address the impacts of 2014 and 2016 OSHA revised requirements on workers' compensation programs, the immediate reporting of injuries, drug-free workplace programs and tangentially safety incentive programs, among other topics.

The 2019 Midwinter Meeting will be held from March 5-March 8 at the El San Juan Hotel & Casino in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
