04.26.2019

On April 26, 2019, partner Brad Marsh will moderate the panel discussion, "The Client Relationship — Beyond the Case," at the Network of Trial Law Firms' Litigation Management: A Helping Hand on the Rio Grande seminar.

The panel consisting of in-house counsel will explore the relationship between companies and their outside counsel beyond the case and how outside counsel can differentiate themselves from a client perspective. The panel will discuss the outside counsel's personal touch, recognizing and assisting with in-house counsel's corporate responsibilities and reporting, planning for the future by mentoring associates and succession planning, diversity efforts and other factors that strengthen and foster the partnership between companies and their outside counsel.

The seminar will be held from April 25-28, 2019, at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa in Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico.
