Ashley Webber to Present at Network of Trial Law Firms Conference

On August 3, partner Ashley Webber will speak at the program, Litigation Management in a New York Minute – 2018 Edition, hosted by the Network of Trial Law Firms. Her presentation is titled, "Digging through Daubert: From Basic Considerations to Complex Issues in Products Liability Litigation." Webber will discuss how important it is for a practitioner to have a comprehensive understanding of the admissibility process of expert testimony, both when selecting an expert and moving to exclude an opposing expert. She will also review recent expert qualifications courts look to when qualifying (or disqualifying) an expert, unique concerns related to experts and recent notable cases from various jurisdictions.

The program will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the City Bar Building located in New York City.
