Webinar
04.30.2026 | 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm EST

Attorney Alicia Harry and Ken Sisco will host the webinar "Life Care Plans Decoded: Strategies for Evaluation and Defense" on April 30, 2026, from 2-3 p.m. Eastern.

Life care plans are becoming increasingly common in personal injury lawsuits. Professionals need to understand what life care plans are and how to respond to them when evaluating and litigating personal injury cases. In this presentation, attendees will gain a practical understanding of what life care planners do, how they develop future care cost reports and the role that life care plans play in litigation. The webinar will also focus on effective strategies for evaluating and challenging the credibility, assumptions and foundation of life care planner testimony, equipping you with the tools to better evaluate their impact on case values and how to effectively counter them during settlement negotiations and trial.

The webinar is pending approval for one general hour of continuing education credit for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
