WEBINAR — Holt Demands: Can We Ask That?
Attorneys Nelofar Agharahimi and Sarah Grace McCord will host the webinar "Holt Demands: Can We Ask That?" on September 10, 2026, from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.
In this webinar, our attorneys will discuss Holt demands under O.C.G.A. § 9-11-67.1, including the history and evolution of the statute and recent legislative and case law developments affecting how these demands are evaluated and addressed. The presentation will examine the distinction between clarification and rejection, identify material and non-material terms and highlight potential pitfalls when responding to a demand. The attorneys will also provide practical guidance for seeking clarification and responding to Holt demands, as well as discuss the potential impact of recent Georgia tort reform.
The webinar is pending approval for one general hour of continuing education credit for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
