Swift Currie partner Gillian Crowl-Parrish will speak at the DRI 2026 Diversity for Success Seminar on June 3, 2026. She will be speaking as part of a roundtable discussion titled "Heavy is the Head that Wears the Crown: Exploring the Unique Experience of Women of Color in Leadership."

This will be an empowering panel discussion about the privilege and great responsibility of being a woman of color in leadership in the legal profession. The panelists will also share some of the pressures they experienced at the height of their careers and provide strategies for persevering through these obstacles.
