Overview

Will Swindoll is an associate at Swift Currie focusing his practice on arson and fraud, insurance coverage, property insurance and commercial litigation matters. He represents insurers and insureds in complex first-party coverage disputes, fraud investigations, bad faith matters and scope-of-loss disputes.

Will’s practice centers on helping clients navigate high-stakes insurance disputes with honesty, transparency and practical guidance. Prior to joining Swift Currie, he regularly counseled clients facing potential bad faith exposure and claims that could implicate personal assets. He understands the importance of ensuring clients are fully informed about both the risks and the available legal strategies so they can make confident, well-informed decisions throughout the litigation process.

Will represents several of the nation’s largest property and casualty insurers and has experience resolving claims efficiently and strategically in complex coverage matters. His approach combines detailed factual investigation with a strong understanding of the legal and financial considerations involved in insurance litigation.

Will earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Mississippi.
