Overview

Shantalia L. Osborne is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on defending employers and insurers against workers’ compensation claims throughout the state of Georgia.

In her practice, Shantalia prides herself on paying close attention to all details, allowing her to be thorough in addressing her cases. She is compassionate, sensitive to client problems and steadfastly committed to a client-centered approach to practicing law.

Shantalia earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. During her time at Georgia State, she participated in the Health Law Clinic where she worked with health professionals to address clients’ specific health and legal needs. This experience allowed her to provide legal services to low-income clients on a variety of needs, including housing issues, supplemental security income and other social benefits. Shantalia received her B.A. from Anderson University.
