Ricardo “Ricky” J. Nuñez is an associate at Swift Currie focusing on catastrophic injury and wrongful death, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, premises liability and trucking litigation. With a professional background in sales, logistics and customer service, Ricky brings a practical and business-savvy perspective to civil defense matters and understands how to align legal strategy with client goals.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Ricky served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Catherine Salinas in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. His experience outside the legal industry, combined with hands-on litigation training, gives him a unique ability to anticipate client needs, communicate transparently and deliver clear, client-focused counsel across a variety of liability issues.

Ricky’s clients value his ability to assess risks, minimize exposure and drive results through thoughtful strategy and strong communication. With a practical mindset shaped by years in the business world, he is able to build trust and deliver legal services that support operational success.

Ricky earned his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law and his B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
