Reed L. Wilkinson is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on the defense of insurers/insurance carriers in matters pertaining to automobile litigation, bad faith litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, premises liability and professional liability.

With hundreds of depositions and settled claims in his professional experience, Reed is able to quickly identify the strengths and weaknesses of a case, which allows him to provide his clients with strong strategic advice while avoiding unnecessary litigation expenses. Reed prides himself on the ability to be emotionally supportive of his client in tandem with giving effective legal counsel.

As an Atlanta native, Reed is proud to work with a firm that values the local community. Alongside Swift Currie’s current efforts in supporting academic programs for underprivileged children in the Atlanta area, Reed aims to seek opportunities that help bring a positive outlook on the future of his city.

Reed earned his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Young Harris College, where he also played on the lacrosse team. His time spent balancing academics and athletics required excellent time management skills, which shaped him into an attorney who prioritizes efficient work to achieve great case results.
