Overview

Amanda “Mandy” L. Milner is an associate at Swift Currie representing individuals and small businesses in litigation across Georgia’s state and federal courts. Drawing on her diverse legal background, Mandy provides practical, tailored counsel in matters involving financial disputes and liability defense.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Mandy gained experience at a boutique bankruptcy firm and interned with the Auburn Municipal Court, a technology startup, the University of Georgia’s Athletic Compliance Department and its Innovation Gateway. These varied roles helped shape her analytical approach and strengthened her ability to navigate complex business and legal challenges.

Clients appreciate Mandy’s clear communication style and empathetic approach. She is known for helping clients feel understood and supported, often guiding them through stressful situations with professionalism, transparency and compassion.

Mandy is involved in the Georgia chapter of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), where she serves as co-programming chair, and is active in the Bankruptcy and Sports & Entertainment Law sections of the Georgia Bar.

Mandy earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Auburn University.
