Overview
Madison D. Pinkney is an associate in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. She represents corporations in matters involving commercial liability, transportation and automobile liability and premises liability, advising clients on risk mitigation and crisis management following unexpected incidents arising from their business operations.
Madison’s approach to her practice is shaped by a strong commitment to service. Growing up in a small Southern town instilled in her the importance of hospitality, academic excellence and giving back to her community. She brings those values to her work with clients, helping businesses navigate challenging circumstances and manage potential exposure.
Madison earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
