Overview

Macey Rae Jones is an associate in Swift Currie’s Birmingham office representing businesses and insurers in workers’ compensation matters. Her practice focuses on workers’ compensation litigation, where she assists clients in navigating claims and disputes arising in the workplace.

Macey brings an interdisciplinary background in law, business and technology to her practice. She earned both her J.D. and LL.M. in Legal Operations from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where she served as an associate editor of the Cumberland Law Review, a member of the Career Development Advisory Board and an Academic Success Advisor. She was named to the Dean’s List each semester and received a Scholar of Merit Award for Torts I.

Macey graduated  from the University of North Alabama, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in cybersecurity. During her undergraduate studies, she served as president of the Association for Information Systems and participated in Women in Business and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
