Luke Dendis

Luke C. Dendis is an associate in Swift Currie’s Birmingham office representing businesses, employers, insurers and other corporate clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters.

Luke works closely with clients to resolve complex business disputes in an effective and efficient manner. He is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to keeping clients informed throughout the litigation process. Whether handling a high-exposure commercial dispute or a complex insurance coverage issue, Luke emphasizes preparation, proactive communication and practical solutions tailored to each client's goals.

Before joining Swift Currie, Luke served as in-house counsel for a defense contractor in Huntsville, Alabama, and built a diverse litigation background in private practice. This combined experience has provided him with valuable insight into the legal and operational challenges businesses face.

Luke earned his J.D. from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law and his undergraduate degree in political science from Milligan University.
