Overview

Gabby D. Bloodsaw is an associate at Swift Currie representing companies and insurers in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including automobile liability, trucking litigation, premises liability, construction, governmental liability, product liability and catastrophic injury claims. Her practice focuses on insurance defense, where she works to resolve disputes efficiently through both litigation and negotiation.

Gabby approaches each case with a trial-ready mindset, preparing every matter as if it will be presented before a jury. This disciplined approach ensures she develops a deep understanding of the facts, legal issues and strategy necessary to advocate effectively for her clients.

Before joining Swift Currie, Gabby served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army, where she handled a wide range of military justice matters. Her experience includes multiple jury and bench trials as both a defense attorney and prosecutor, as well as numerous hearings and negotiated resolutions involving serious felony-level offenses. This background provides her with substantial courtroom experience and the ability to guide clients through high-pressure and high-stakes situations with clarity and confidence.

Gabby earned her J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. She also completed training at the Judge Advocate General’s School.
