Overview

Emma S.N.H. Rodrick is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. Her primary practice is representing insurers/insurance carriers in coverage and defense matters with a focus on first-party property claims.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Emma worked at a full service law firm, where she performed all phases of civil litigation, including investigating and reporting after catastrophic loss, case evaluation and strategy, discovery, responsive motions and trial preparation. She also specialized in first party property claims.

In her practice, Emma prioritizes a unique and distinct approach to each case, as each one is different. She works both independently and with her team to push matters and cases towards settlement, closure and/or trial. Emma believes in giving her clients value for her work by being efficient in developing strategies and effectively communicating with them.

Emma earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, she did several government and in-house externships, including Western Circuit Superior Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Augusta University and The Coca-Cola Company. She also served as notes editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Emma received her Bachelor of Music, magna cum laude, from Miami University.
