Overview

Elliot I. Lepe is an associate in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office focusing his practice on automobile litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, construction law, dram shop, premises liability and trucking litigation.

Elliot brings experience from both plaintiff-side and defense litigation to his practice, including work on complex tort matters involving catastrophic injuries and high-exposure insurance claims. Prior to law school, he worked as a paralegal handling workers’ compensation matters and conducting legal research and later supported multilingual client outreach at the Southern Poverty Law Center. These experiences have given him exposure to legal matters from different perspectives and shaped his practical approach to advocacy.

Elliot approaches each matter with an eye toward both the details and the broader strategy. He works to understand the larger context surrounding a legal issue, anticipate its potential implications and ensure his work supports his clients’ overall objectives.

Elliot earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where he was involved in several student organizations, including the Student Trial Lawyers Association, and held leadership positions in the Criminal Law Society and Immigration Law Society. He earned his B.S. in Biology from Valdosta State University.
