Overview

Elinor “Ella” M. Jones is an associate at Swift Currie focusing on civil defense litigation, including trucking, automobile, premises liability, construction, insurance coverage and product liability matters.

Ella represents clients in a wide range of complex cases, from catastrophic injury to construction-related claims. She is known for her analytical approach and her ability to connect with clients, providing clear, effective communication throughout each stage of a case.

While in law school, Ella interned with the Clarke County Public Defender’s Office, where she conducted intake interviews for clients, an experience that shaped her commitment to client-centered representation. She also published a scholarly article titled “Child Rights: Bangladesh’s Obligations Under the Worst Forms of Child Labor and Minimum Age Conventions” in the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Ella earned both her J.D. and B.A. degrees from the University of Georgia.
