Dan Avery is Of Counsel in Swift Currie’s Birmingham office, representing employers and insurers across Alabama in workers’ compensation matters. With more than two decades of experience, he is known for his responsiveness and commitment to keeping clients fully informed throughout the life of a case.

Dan has tried dozens of cases across Alabama, giving him extensive trial experience and insight into effective litigation strategies. He also provides counsel to clients on settlement options, balancing the cost and risk of trial with practical resolutions that protect business interests.
