Overview
Christopher P. Hennessy is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on civil litigation defense, including bad faith litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, premises liability and products liability.
Prior to joining Swift Currie, Christopher worked as a Staff Attorney at the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. In his time there, he handled cases involving civil rights, pro se civil appeals, employment, immigration, social security, sentencing, direct criminal appeals, habeas corpus issues, and Anders issues. This experience gave him a strong understanding of internal processes of that court, as well as a familiarity with 11th Circuit caselaw on a wide range of subject areas.
Christopher earned his J.D. from William & Mary Law School. He received his B.A. from Elmira College.
