Overview

Chauncey L. Mullins is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on defending individuals and companies in matters primarily pertaining to automobile litigation, construction law, premises liability, products liability and trucking litigation.

In his practice, Chauncey prioritizes building positive relationships with clients, attention to detail on all matters and serving clients with a commitment to follow through on all cases. His commitment to serving and supporting clients to the best of his ability is inspired by his experience of growing up in a small town in Mississippi. Chauncey firmly believes that attorneys have a duty to ensure clients are heard and their needs are being met, which can only be done through building strong relationships.

Chauncey earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law. While in law school, he served as President of the Student Bar Association. He was also a member of the Negotiation Board and the Trial Advocacy Board, finishing as a quarterfinalist in a national trial advocacy competition. Chauncey received both his B.A. and B.S. from the University of Mississippi as well.
