Overview
Caroline C. Kuruvilla is an associate in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office focusing her practice on arson and fraud, commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters. She represents insurance carriers in coverage disputes and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Swift Currie, Caroline worked as an insurance defense attorney for a major national insurance carrier, where she independently managed litigation from case inception through resolution. Her experience includes case analysis, client relationship management and working closely with claims professionals to develop effective defense strategies.
Caroline brings a strong work ethic and disciplined approach to her practice, shaped in part by her experience working full time as a paralegal while attending law school in the evenings. Balancing those responsibilities strengthened her ability to manage competing priorities, remain composed under pressure and approach challenging matters with determination.
Caroline earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Georgia.
