Brian J. Boatwright is an associate at Swift Currie focusing on automobile litigation, trucking litigation, premises liability, insurance coverage, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death and commercial litigation matters.

As a civil defense litigator, Brian represents businesses and individuals with a practice grounded in preparation, communication and professionalism. He values responsiveness and building client trust through open communication and strong advocacy.

Drawing from his extensive advocacy background of competing in mock trial and moot court competitions nationwide, Brian brings confidence and courtroom skill to each matter he handles.

Brian earned his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law, where he served as President of the Mercer Advocacy Council and was inducted into the Order of Barristers. He also received multiple awards for advocacy excellence, including the Ruth T. West Award for Advocacy and Leadership and Best Advocate honors at national trial competitions.
