Alice Hollaway

Alice B. Hollaway is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on zealously defending businesses and insurers in general liability and civil litigation matters, including automobile litigation, trucking litigation, premises liability and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Alice served as an Assistant District Attorney in a Metro Atlanta jurisdiction. Her extensive courtroom experience has taught her to be flexible in developing new strategies and quick to discover inconsistencies.

In her practice, Alice prioritizes taking the time to extensively review the facts of a case and looking outside of the box for corroborating or contradictory evidence. She also recognizes that counseling clients through proper and timely acceptance of time-limited demands presents unique challenges, requires constant communication and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Alice earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. She received her B.S. from Winthrop University.
