Overview

Abby L. Nitzken is an associate at Swift Currie focusing her practice on automobile litigation, general liability and premises liability matters.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Abby gained in-house experience working with the Legal and Compliance Departments of Porsche Cars North America and Porsche Financial Services. This experience provided her with exposure to the legal and compliance considerations facing corporate clients and an understanding of how legal issues intersect with day-to-day business operations.

Abby earned her J.D. from Charleston School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor of the Charleston Law Review and worked as a faculty research assistant on projects involving federal civil procedure, business organizations and federal regulatory matters. She also authored an article examining the first federal anti-hazing law and the psychological drivers of hazing. Abby earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina.
