Overview

Robert “Rob” J. Kozloski, III, is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. With a wealth of experience as a trial lawyer, he focuses his practice on defending small and large businesses in appellate, arson and fraud, bad faith litigation, commercial litigation, construction law, insurance coverage and trucking litigation cases.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Rob exclusively practiced commercial litigation, giving him an intimate understanding of the practice area and what it takes to achieve excellent results. He has successfully conducted numerous jury trials and bench trials in both state and federal court as well as numerous arbitrations.

In his practice, Rob believes that each case presents its own challenges and has found that being able to understand the best outcome for his clients is always his ultimate goal. With a profound dedication to his clients’ success, Rob zealously works to find the most valuable solutions for complex disputes.

Rob earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. He received his B.A. from Furman University.
