Roger E. Harris is an accomplished trial attorney having tried more than 40 cases to verdict in venues across Georgia. His experience is focused in the areas of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases arising out of medical malpractice, nursing home liability, trucking and transportation litigation, products liability and premises liability.

Before starting his legal career more than 20 years ago, Mr. Harris worked as a marketing consultant in the consumer goods industry and then as a strategic planner in the medical device industry. As a trial attorney, Mr. Harris draws upon his methodical and analytic skills developed as a strategic planner in business, to effectively develop litigation strategies for the benefit of his clients. These strategic plans are geared toward cost-effective and efficient resolution of cases, whether by way of settlement or trial.

He is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Georgia and Massachusetts federal district courts.

Mr. Harris is a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and the Defense Research Institute (DRI), serving on various subcommittees. He is also Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys in the field of medical malpractice.

Additionally, Mr. Harris has been named a Georgia Super Lawyer and recognized as a Best Lawyer in America.

Mr. Harris received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1997. Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Harris graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in marketing. He also earned an M.B.A. in finance and international business from the University of South Carolina.
