Drew Timmons is a senior associate in the firm's general civil litigation section. Mr. Timmons focuses his practice in the areas of premises liability, automobile liability and insurance coverage, and medical malpractice defense. His representative experience includes the defense of automobile accident and uninsured motorist claims, insurance coverage and bad faith actions, product liability claims against automobile and protective clothing manufacturers, medical malpractice claims, and premises liability and negligent security claims against local sports teams, apartment communities, and other local businesses.

Mr. Timmons graduated with honors from Furman University in 2005, and received his law degree with honors from Georgia State University College of Law in 2008. While in law school, Mr. Timmons was an officer with the Moot Court Board, and received multiple awards for his work in courses focused on trial advocacy and witness examination techniques. He was recognized by Atlanta Magazine as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2016 and 2017.

Interests/Additional Information

Drew, an Atlanta native, lives in Buckhead with his wife Louise, and their daughter, Anne Parkes. Drew is an avid runner, and a volunteer with Back on My Feet, a non-profit organization which uses running as a method of teaching independence and self-sufficiency to members of the local homeless community. He is a life-long Braves baseball fan, and also enjoys skeet shooting and hunting.
