Swift Currie Adds Attorney Brandon J. Clapp to Growing Birmingham Office

Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, announces the addition of coverage and commercial litigation associate Brandon J. Clapp to the firm’s Birmingham office, which opened in late 2015. Clapp’s diverse litigation experience involves matters related to construction, employment, premises liability, products liability, transportation and insurance law.

“Brandon is an excellent addition to our Birmingham office, bringing with him extensive knowledge of complex litigation and insurance coverage matters,” said Terry O. Clapp earned his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. During law school, Clapp served as the Associate Chief Justice of the Honor Court and received the Scholar of Merit Awards in Constitutional Law and State and Local Tax Law. He is admitted to practice in the state of Alabama and practices in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, the Middle District of Alabama and the Southern District of Alabama.
