Joanna Jang to Participate in Panel at ICLE's Workers' Comp for the General Practitioner

Attorney Joanna Jang will take part in the Trials & Appeals panel at the State Board of Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education's (ICLE) Workers' Comp for the General Practitioner on May 16, 2019. The topic will discuss how to handle trials and appeals, including pretrial stipulations, exhibits, claimant's direct examination, claimant's cross-examination, defense witnesses' direct and cross-examinations, post-hearing briefs, administrative law judge awards, notices of appeal to Appellate Division, briefs to Appellate Division, oral arguments to Appellate Division, Appellate Division awards, notices of appeal to Superior Court, briefs and oral arguments to Superior Court and permissive appealed to Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia. Jang will offer the defense attorney perspective, alongside a claimant's attorney and judicial perspective.

Registration for the program begins at 7:30 a.m., with the program running from 8:10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the State Bar of Georgia.
