Partner Roger Harris Speaking at DRI Nursing Home/ALF Litigation Seminar

Partner Roger Harris will speak at the Defense Research Institute (DRI) Nursing Home/ALF Seminar on Sept. 14 at 12:20 p.m. Harris will present on the topic, "Life is a Terminal Illness: The Medical Defense of End-of-Life Cases."

Harris will discuss dementia, an incurable disease that causes physical changes in the body eventually leading to death. The presentation will combine the medical and defense perspectives in refocusing a plaintiff's case away from the typical inflammatory issues and placing the emphasis on physiological factors and deterioration flowing from dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
