Recruiting Assistant

Swift Currie, a leading litigation firm in the Southeast, seeks a Recruiting Assistant to support firm-wide attorney recruitment efforts, the annual summer associate program and other recruiting initiatives.

Under the direction of the Recruiting Manager, the Recruiting Assistant provides assistance with a variety of administrative and project-related duties, including data entry, coordination of in-house and on-campus interviews, assisting with the summer associate program, planning and attending events, corresponding with candidates, maintaining files and other administrative responsibilities.

This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, discretion, effective oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with recruiting and/or human resources focus preferred
  • Law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Fluency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and social media platforms
  • Experience with LawCruit preferred, but not required
