Overview

Wendy N. Lewis is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on defending insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Wendy worked as a Senior Complex Attorney handling complex criminal cases in Fulton County. She has over a decade of litigation experience during which she argued numerous motions in front of Superior Court Judges and handled approximately 75 jury trials defending individuals’ Sixth Amendment Constitutional Right to due process and other rights pertaining to the criminal case.

In her practice, Wendy prioritizes being a hard worker who is detailed oriented and passionately advocates for her clients.

Wendy earned her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law. She received her B.A. from Georgia State University.

Wendy has a giving heart and enjoys volunteering to assist others and doing her part to improve the community. She volunteers with Atlanta Habitat for Humanities, serves as a mock trial coach for Therrell High School and engages in other volunteer and philanthropy opportunities.
