Tim Peacock

Timothy “Tim” J. Peacock is a litigation defense attorney, practicing primarily in the areas of automobile and trucking litigation. Tim is focused on providing exceptional representation for insurers and transportation companies in matters involving injuries and lawsuits arising from trucking accidents and other road-wreck incidents.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Tim was an adjuster for a national insurer for more than a decade. In his role, he coordinated litigation strategy and policy interpretation, participated in settlement mediations and routinely resolved high-exposure, third-party injury claims. Tim utilizes the in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry he gained as an adjuster to effectively counsel clients throughout the life of a claim. He also possesses a thorough geographic and demographic understanding of Georgia, allowing him to provide his clients with insight into potentially problematic venues in the state.

Tim received his B.B.A. in risk management and M.B.A. from the University of Georgia before earning his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law.
