Terrika M. Crutchfield represents corporations and insurers in matters related to commercial litigation and insurance coverage, guiding them along the path of settling and solving policy or other contract disputes with their insureds.

Terrika brings a diverse background and skillset to her practice at Swift Currie. Previously, she handled mass tort claims for a plaintiffs’ firm, allowing her an inside look into strategies used by plaintiffs’ attorneys. She also utilizes the unique perspective and experience she developed as a claims adjuster for a warranty administration company to anticipate any concerns adjusters may have throughout the lifecycle of a claim.

Terrika earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Mercer University School of Law. While in law school, she served as an in-house legal intern for Delta Air Lines and judicial extern for Chief Judge Dillard in the Court of Appeals of Georgia. Prior, she received her B.A. in politics from Oglethorpe University.
