Robert Griggs

Robert J. Griggs is an associate attorney with Swift Currie’s coverage and commercial litigation group. He focuses his practice on automobile litigation, insurance coverage, premises liability and property insurance.

To Robert, being a “swift” attorney means being professional, hard-working, determined to do the best work for his clients and, most importantly, treating everyone with kindness and respect.
He strives to help clients understand the legal process and works to ensure them that he will handle their case with the utmost care and due diligence.

Robert earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While in law school, he served as the senior associate editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and was a team leader for the Children’s Center for Law and Ethics. Robert received his B.A. from Auburn University.
