Overview

Noah A. Caldwell is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on automobile litigation, premises liability and appellate cases.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Noah worked as a staff attorney with the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. His time in that position exposed him to the expansive world of federal law and allowed him the opportunity to become familiar with the internal deliberative process of courts.

Whether handling liability or coverage cases, Noah is equally comfortable communicating with his clients, opposing counsel and judges, as he believes they all allow him a unique and enjoyable professional experience. In his practice, Noah prioritizes personability and showing his clients a genuine commitment to achieving optimal outcomes. He recognizes the challenges that come when clients are facing negative factors in a case and works to make any issues as painless as possible.

Noah earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, magna cum laude. While in law school, he served as an articles editor of the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review. He received his B.A. from the University of Alabama, magna cum laude.
