Nathan Hofman

Nathaniel “Nathan” K. Hofman is an associate attorney in Swift Currie's Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death suits, premises liability, commercial litigation and trucking litigation.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Nathan handled cases in magistrate court with $15,000 jurisdictional limits, all the way to cases valued in the tens of millions of dollars. He also has experience in handling disputes regarding family trust accounts.

In his work, Nathan prioritizes pushing every advantage possible in order to obtain favorable outcomes. He treats every case as if they will all see the courtroom, allowing him to always be prepared and to consider every outcome possible. Nathan is diligent in the details and has a sense for what silence or an absence of evidence can mean in a dispute. His ability to see gaps and bad facts in his cases has led to success in finding key evidence and favorable outcomes.

Nathan earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School. He received his B.S. from Saint John’s University.
