Overview
Mark A. Kerr is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. His practice focuses on defending businesses and insurers in litigation and mediation proceedings, with a focus on claims related to premises liability, automobile, trucking and transportation liability.
Prior to joining Swift Currie, Mark gained experience in successfully arguing dispositive motions in favor of his client through jury trials. In these experiences, he was able to achieve favorable results for clients by assessing the validity and inconsistencies of the opposing party’s claims.
In his work, Mark prioritizes constant and comprehensive communication with his clients to keep them aware of all developments and plans of action. Mark’s attention to small details in cases ensures that those details do not develop into large problems.
Mark earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. He received his B.A. from Howard University.
