Overview

Luciana “Lucy” Aquino is an associate on Swift Currie’s litigation team, representing clients in an array of matters including premises liability, construction litigation, automobile/trucking litigation and insurance coverage.

Lucy’s foremost goal is to offer her clients exceptional service and innovative advocacy. With her client’s goals in mind, she meticulously analyzes every possible scenario in order to develop creative and cost-effective litigation strategies. Lucy’s commitment to excellence, transparency and responsiveness has culminated in favorable outcomes for her clients.

Lucy’s diverse background allows her to communicate and relate with a variety of people. It also allows her to bring varying perspectives and solutions to her cases. Lucy prides herself on being an empathetic and approachable advocate who strives to provide practical and easy-to-understand advice that is tailored for her clients’ individual needs.

Before pursuing a legal career, Lucy spent several years as a bodily injury claims adjuster for a large national insurance company. This experience equipped her with an insider’s perspective into what many of her clients deal with on a day-to-day basis.

Lucy is active in the legal community, serving as a board member on the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers Communication Committee and as an active member of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.
