Louis M. LaFeve is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on premises liability, auto liability and first party insurance coverage.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Louis clerked for Judge Alan O. Forst of the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeals and handled several high profile and impactful cases in both civil and criminal law. While in Florida, Louis also did work with municipal governments and state regulatory agencies.

Louis also has an experienced appellate background, which wills him to take client claims as far as necessary to ensure that his clients are not being taken advantage of. Louis prides himself on having a strong work ethic, which he always applies to his clients most pressing concerns.

Louis earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. While in law school, Louis served as a managing editor for the Emory International Law Review. He received his B.S.B.A. from Drake University.
