Logan C. Stone focuses his practice nearly exclusively on trucking litigation matters. Committed to client advocacy, he assists insurers and trucking and transportation companies minimize potential liability by considering all potential resolutions.
Logan is experienced in efficient case management and drafting a variety of pleadings, discovery requests, motions and briefs for state and federal courts. Additionally, Logan interned for the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 4, where he worked on issues concerning the Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Section 404 permitting and CERCLA liability.
While earning his J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law, Logan was honored as Moot Court Best Oralist and served as president of the Environmental Law Society. He also dedicated a significant amount of time to pro bono work and advocated for low-income clients at the Health Law Partnership Clinic at Georgia State University College of Law. Prior, Logan graduated with his B.S. in political science from Berry College.
