Lance C. Patrick is an associate practicing in Swift Currie’s litigation section. Lance concentrates his practice on insurance defense, coverage and general liability matters, leveraging his acute methodology and attention to detail to minimize client exposure in difficult situations.

As a former staff attorney to Judge John Worcester and Judge Mary Beth Priest of the Appalachian Judicial Circuit, Lange regularly wrote orders and advised the court on matters of the law. Lance also served as the assistant district attorney for the Appalachian Judicial Circuit. In this role, he prosecuted RICO and financial crimes, as well as thefts and narcotics distribution networks amounting over $1 million.

Lance earned his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law. Prior, he received his B.A. from Reinhardt University, where he majored in history and minored in biology.
